Lead Digital Designer- Space Planning

We are seeking a new Lead Digital Designer. You will be responsible for technical design of the current

Corporate Interior project Pan-India. You will be required to produce high quality and accurate space

planning. The Lead Digital Designer plays a key role in designing, optimizing, and visualizing spaces that

enhance productivity, collaboration, and user experience. This role combines digital design expertise

with strategic space planning to create functional, efficient, and aesthetically engaging work

environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative office layouts that align with business objectives, employee well-being, and

future workplace trends.

Lead the conceptualization and execution of digital space planning projects, ensuring innovative,

functional, and visually compelling designs.

Communicate design intent clearly to internal teams, contractors, and external vendors.

Lead client or executive presentations, providing data-driven insights into space utilization and

efficiency.

Analyze office layouts to maximize space utilization, improve workflow, and enhance flexibility for

evolving business needs.

Work closely with various stakeholders to design office environments that foster collaboration,

productivity, and brand identity.

Integrate smart workplace solutions, modular design principles, and sustainability-focused strategies

into space planning.

Stay ahead of workplace design trends, such as hybrid work models, agile workspaces, and biophilic

design, to create forward-thinking office environments.

Act as the primary design lead on large-scale projects, managing teams and ensuring deliverables

are met within timelines and budgets.

You have 10 years experience as an Interior CAD draftsman/ designer handling corporate interior projects

You hold a Diploma in Interiors or Architecture with expertise and high-level proficiency of AutoCAD
