Business Manager (Real Estate Sales)

Responsibilities-:

• Involved in selling of Residential and/or Commercial products that our company underwrites.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Make calls on the leads provided by Company
• To guide and explain the project to walk-in clients on site
• Provide on-the ground support for Sales Associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
• Shall coordinate with the site team for project updates
• Build and Promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Build and maintain productive and cooperative relationships with Developer.
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives & strategies
• Provide daily report of Sales and Communicate to their respective AVPS

Requirements & Skills-:

• 2 plus years Experience in Real Estate Sales or relevant sales experience in any other industry involving luxury goods
• Good Communication Skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the Organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong Business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent Negotiation Skills
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Day Shift:-10.30am-6.30pm (Tuesdays Off)

Payout- Fixed plus incentive based

Fixed- 3-5 LPA

Incentives:- Starting upwards from 10% of the revenue earned per quarter
