DESIGNATION: OPERATION MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITY:
ï¶ Customer schedule follow-up
ï¶ Maintaining Oral order receipt
ï¶ Preparing monthly production plan based on customer schedule.
ï¶ Raw Material Planning
ï¶ Reviewing Daily production plan
ï¶ Review of daily production the performance
ï¶ Timely delivery of the products to the customer.
ï¶ Approving Production summery
ï¶ Approving Dispatch summery
ï¶ Up keeping of all the production related records as per the quality manual
ï¶ Communicating the daily dispatch requirement
ï¶ Preparing Daily dispatch plan
ï¶ Delivery monitoring
ï¶ Ensuring manpower availability for Production process
ï¶ Ensuring the production is cost effective
ï¶ Initiating corrective action to meet quality objective / process measures target
ï¶ Participating in NPD activities as Team Member
ï¶ Getting approval for Die from customer (if required)
ï¶ Modify the planning for any changes
AUTHORTIES:
ï¶ To approve QMS documents
ï¶ Invoice Approval
ï¶ Employee recruitment approval
ï¶ Resource requirement approval
ï¶ Approval of new suppliers
DESIGNATION: CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE (CR):
ï¶ Responsible for selection of Special characteristics, Setting Quality objectives and providing related trainings, Corrective and preventive actions, Manufacturing process Design and development, Capacity analysis, Logistics information, Customer score cards, Customer Portals
ï¶ Responsible to receive, record, feasibility review and decide the actions for the enquiries received.
ï¶ Responsible for submitting Offer to customers
ï¶ Responsible for coordinating Quality and Production team and decides the feasibility.
ï¶ Responsible to receive, record and review the complaints received from Customers,
ï¶ Responsible to ensure the customer complaints / returns data are made known to all personnel involved.
ï¶ Responsible for frequently interacting and visiting to customer place to identify the customer perception and feedback.
ï¶ Responsible to submit the corrective action reports to customer for the complaints received in coordination with Cross function team.
ï¶ Responsible to ensure the Quality and Delivery requirements of customer are met through participation in all customer related issues meetings
ï¶ Responsible to involve APQP activities for new product introduction / sample development to ensure customer requirements are met.
AUTHORTIES:
ï¶ Authorized to stop the production or dispatch to correct Quality problems
ï¶ Authorized to coordinate with customers and suppliers to develop the product
ï¶ Authorized to highlight deviations or discrepancies with respect to customer requirements for resolution.
