Production Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage and coordinate production processes for efficiency and timeliness.

2. Supervise the production team, ensuring safety and quality standards.

3. Develop and implement production schedules and work plans.

4. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

6. Collaborate with engineering and quality control departments.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BTech/MTech/ME/BE).

2. Minimum 1 years of production management experience.

3. Experience in pressure vessel manufacturing or fabrication preferred.

4. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
