Role Overview:

- As a Manager - Sourcing, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day sourcing activities for Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.

- You will work closely with channel partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient procurement process.

- The role will require you to source materials, services, and products that align with the company's quality, cost, and sustainability standards.

- Your responsibilities will include identifying new sourcing opportunities, negotiating with suppliers, and managing existing supplier relationships.

- You will also be responsible for ensuring that all sourcing activities contribute to the company's long-term sustainability goals, including ethical sourcing practices, reducing environmental impact, and promoting social responsibility within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sourcing process for construction materials, services, and other essential products required by the company.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply chains.

- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate pricing trends, and assess new sourcing opportunities.

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers while ensuring compliance with the company's quality and sustainability standards.

- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring timely deliveries and quality assurance.

- Collaborate with the internal teams to align sourcing strategies with project timelines and requirements.

- Ensure adherence to ethical, environmental, and social sustainability practices in all sourcing activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Knowledge of sustainability practices and ethical sourcing.
