About the position

We are looking for a Dubbing Director to join our dubbing team. The person will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects while ensuring superlative client & Artist experience. This role requires proactive individuals who are able to drive outcomes within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Direct voice artists and guide them to dub content for broadcast and theatricals as per client specs and requirements.
2. Cast and budget artists for dubbing projects in discussion with the Project Manager and HOD.
3. Identify appropriate script writers and communicate with them to ensure the timely delivery of quality scripts.
4. Knowledge of the dubbing industry, artists, approved voices, budgets, writers, current trends, and ability to deliver with quality in a time-bound manner.
5. Conduct complete research on client requirements and project details
6. Coordinate with the writer to write the script as per the culture, match the script with the original video
7. Understand and manage creative expectations of internal stakeholders and clients according to the brief provided
8. Coordinate for project closure.
