Senior Frappe Developer

As a Senior Frappe Developer/Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Frappe applications. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Application Design and Development:
Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable Frappe applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Utilize Frappe's core modules and frameworks to build custom applications.
Customization and Integration:
Customize Frappe's core functionalities to meet specific business requirements.
Integrate Frappe applications with other systems and databases.
Develop custom APIs and web services to facilitate data exchange.
Performance Optimization:
Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks.
Implement caching strategies and other performance optimization techniques.
Troubleshooting and Debugging:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Troubleshoot application errors and performance problems.
Team Leadership and Mentoring:
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Proficiency in Frappe Framework

Exp.- Minimum 5 years of experience in Frappe Framework development.

Qualification

Graduate in Engineering or Technology MCA, or any equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Frappe Framework development.
Strong understanding of Python programming language.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with database design and SQL.
Knowledge of web frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular).
Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
