Development Manager - Python/React.js/MongoDB (13-20 yrs)

As a Development Manager, you will lead our development team to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with our business goals. You will be responsible for driving product development, managing resources, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, a timelines.

- Drive the development process using agile methodologies, ensuring efficient sprint planning, execution, and delivery.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to prioritize tasks and resolve dependencies.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the development team, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.

- Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance skills and capabilities.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, incorporating relevant advancements into our processes and projects.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master degree preferred.

- Proven experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a management role.

- Strong technical background in relevant technologies or programming languages including Python, ReactJs, MySQL, MongoDB

- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects.

- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and practical experience implementing them in a development environment.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Strong leadership qualities, including decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skill

- Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
