Job Description
- Looking for a person with strong entrepreneurial skills, who is able to take ownership of projects from concept stage to construction. She/he would be organized in approach and would have excellent communication skills.
- The candidate needsto be well versed in the Specification Selling Approach in the Swimming
- Pool segment through Applicators, Landscape Consultants/Architects, Government Agencies,
- Contractors, and Distributors. The candidate must have experience in Swimming Pools and waterproofing solutions.
- Presently, the position would report to the Swimming Pool Manager or Head of Business Vertical, as decided by the Company. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Sales and Marketing strategy with passion to deliver business of company from the existing and new customers.
- Manage relationships and regularly communicate with distributors and applicators to understand their needs and concerns. Provide them with necessary training, resources, and support to improve their sales performance. Conduct periodic business reviews and provide actionable feedback. Develop and implement promotional campaigns to support new product launches or seasonal sales.
- Build and nurture relationships with leading Contractors, Applicators, Architects, Consultants, Designers and Key Decision Makers in government as well as private sector.
- Associate with key applicators to execute projects. 5. Conduct technical seminars for end customers.
Desired Candidate
The ideal candidate must have business development and sales experience, including proven experience in building materials sector as well as value selling in the industry. Passion to excel, with a proven track record in achieving outstanding results.
Bachelors in engineering (Civil Preferred) and/or MBA from a premier institute
7+ years of work experience.
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
