Maintenance Manager

Role & responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.

Lead the maintenance team in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with production and quality teams to address maintenance-related concerns and ensure smooth operations.

Plan and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Maintain an inventory of spare parts and consumables to avoid operational delays.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations in all maintenance activities.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and facilities to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.

Stay updated on new technologies and practices in equipment maintenance and suggest upgrades as necessary.

Manage vendor relationships for equipment servicing, repairs, and procurement of spare parts.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in electrical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (or related field).

Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in plant maintenance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
