Job Description
- Around 4 - 6 years Hands on Experience experience on Application design, development and maintenance on mainframe systems with Strong Knowledge on ASSEMBLER, DB2, COBOL, JCL, CICS,SPUFI, File Aid, Intertest, MQ Series, SYNCSORT.
- Preferred is 4+ years Hands on ASSEMBLER language programming experience along with DB2 background.
- Good knowledge in design, development, maintenance and production support on mainframe batch, online and online batch applications
- Good experience in database concepts, relational database design, trouble shooting and system performance tuning
- Experience in Unit testing and QA testing
- Experience in SDLC from project Initiation to project closing stage, project documentation.
- Avoid any TPF or Fujitsu Mainframe profiles

Good Learnings , completely dependent on Project. Compared to other Service based , this is OK.
Work life balance is not good , as deadlines are very tight. Most of the project is dependent on a single Client and they are considered ad GOD. Hybrid mode is not good , Salary deduction if not gone to office. No subsidized food. Its costly. Managers are not technically strong.
