Job Description
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Hands on Experience in Switching and Routing
- Troubleshoot complex LAN & WAN issues.
- Strong knowledge of Checkpoint & Fortinet Firewalls
- Having good knowledge and understanding of Checkpoint identity awareness
- Hands on experience on Checkpoint remote VPN
- Good knowledge on two factor authentication using NPS server for VPN client.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex WAN issues in coordination with carriers & suppliers
- Responsible for improving performance for the customer network, devices and services
- Maintaining internal and customer communication during the ticket resolution
- Execute project tasks, including but not limited to gathering customer technical requirement, configuring router, switches, firewalls and other associated network devices if any.
- Assist in creation of Root Cause analysis (RCA)
- Responsible for documentation of customer network and updating internal knowledge database
- Training and Mentoring Level 1 network engineers and other staff as necessary has context menu
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
