Operations Coordinator

Position: Operations Coordinator, B.O.N.E.

Business: Broadcast Operations and Network Engineering

Purpose:

The candidate will be part of the Network Operations team working on People Operations and Freelancing Management.

Education: Graduate

Experience: 4-5 years of experience in working/freelancing as an MIS Associate

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Freelancer Management:
1. Asset Management
2. Freelancer Life-Cycle Management
3. Raise contract renewal requests as per need and drive it to the closure
4. Invoice Management
• Administrative Tasks:
1. Coordinating with Facility supervisor to provide IDs to the guests/who are coming to our premises for meetings
2. Asset Management for Freelancers staying out of Mumbai- in coordination with IT and Admin team
• MIS Reporting:
1. Report generation: Create and distribute reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis for management to support decision-making.
2. Data collection: Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data.
3. System maintenance: Support and maintain existing management information systems (MIS).
4. Report accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports.
5. Report distribution: Ensure timely distribution of reports to relevant stakeholders.
