ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1. 4to 6 yrs exp in commercial real estate leasing

2. Should have worked in IPC'S like JLL, CBRE, C&W Etc. and Brokerage firms like Square yards, Fairdeal, Anarock, Guardians etc.

3. Must have thorough knowledge of Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai Commercial segment.

4. Should be able to lead team of tele callers, Digital media, property surveyors in generating leads identifying the supply side and closing the deals.

5. Should have exposure in real estate commercial deals.

6. Should have adequate data of leads, demand and supply side and current awareness of property availability and market trends.

Skills Required:

1. Good interpersonal and Communication skills.

2. Ability to Convince and close the deals with Clients.
