Job Description

- Develop Dealer's and Distribution Market in Wires and Cable and its accessories.
- Develop Business in Govt, Semi Govt, Multinational and other organisation
- Business plan for Monthly/ quarterly/ Half yearly/ Yearly
- Increase Business Volume for new clients
- Forsee the Business environment and advise management for product sales and for introducing new products
- Shall be a self evaluator for Business planning, and its approval from Management
- Realistic Business plan submission and follow the same to become realistic.

Major Area/ Group Responsibility
- Lead, nurture and make good use of your team productivity
- Study & prepare employee enhancement policy and its implications
- Individual & group training for team members
- Maintaining discipline and work culture of Gala Group among employees

Other Area/ Regular Responsibility
- Attending the meeting, seminars, training as and when required or as demanded by management
- Maintain all disciplines and ethics as guided by Management
- Refer policy book for guidance and strictly follow the same.
