Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential customers.
Proven experience in international logistics and supply chain management (NVOCC and US-trade exposure a major bonus)
The ability to work a permanent night shift.
Comfortable commuting distance from Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online channels to generate leads and close sales.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries.
Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and other sources.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate customer information and sales activities.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales or customer service (inside sales experience is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant skills include Inside Sales experience in logistics and supply chain management. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively in a team setting are highly beneficial.
