Job Description
- Generate leads through marketing activities.
- Develop and nurture good relationship with dealers in the deployed Dealerships.
- Ensure dealer success through recruitment, training & motivation of DSPs, assigning targets, and reviewing daily performance of DSPs
- Ensure target achievement for the deployed Dealerships.
- 2 Dealerships has to be covered in a month on weekly rotation basis
- To ensure Product Guide/Leaflets available during his Field Visit.
- Plan field sales activities to promote tractor products and services to potential customers.
- Plan daily activities based on sales targets and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with existing clients to maintain relationships
