Product Strategy Marketing Manager - Deputy Manager/Manager

Position Summary

This position will be responsible for creating demand for Yanmar Tractors through effective marketing strategies. This would involve creating and executing a comprehensive marketing plan to create pull for Yanmar Tractors in the State.

Job Responsibilities & Authorities

• Overseeing design and implementation of marketing calendar for state with support of Product Demonstration specialist
• Provide support in achieving sales volume targets and increasing market share in region for Yanmar tractor
• Enable existing channel to create market for YAnmar tractor by providing them required training and support.
• Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and dealer meetings to promote Yanmar tractors
• Increasing market visibility and creating pull for Yanmar tractors by conducting product demos and other marketing activities.
• Capture voice of the customer by surveying customers and dealers for product requirements and market trends
• Provide support in pre launch and post launch marketing activities for a new Yanmar Tractor models to be launched in the market.
• Hands on experience prioritizing and running multiple initiatives, campaigns and deliverables simultaneously

Eligibility Criteria:

• 10-12 Yrs of proven experience in Sales and Marketing roles in tractor /agricultural machinery industry (min. 5 years field experience)
• Technical Background - Must have tractor experience/Agribusiness
• Must have Marketing Exposure and know how about the competitors benchmarking
• Must have fluency in English and Hindi and also fluency in local language (Gujarati/Bengali/ Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Marathi etc)
• Comfortable with the Field Job - Relocation (if required)
