Sales And Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Summarize and analyze the sales plan, identifying key factors that influence fluctuations in performance.
• Provide a detailed summary of monthly provision results to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor and compare monthly plan versus actual revenue (PIA), taking corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and report the Monthly Management Review (MMR) to the Japan headquarters, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in the automobile and auto component industry in sales and marketing roles.
• Strong experience in project management to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively present findings and strategies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Max CTC offered up to 7 LPA.
