Job Description
- Timely and budget friendly delivery of deliverables, meeting customer specifications accurately.
- Collaboration with translators and project managers to ensure smooth execution of translation projects.
- Engage with CAT tools for translation related tasks.
- Monitor project advancement in terms of promptness, quality and expenditure.
- Managing multiple localization projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Overseeing project finances which includes budget management.
- Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with translators and proofreaders globally.
- Address grievances following appropriate procedures.
- Work together with teams to devise, execute and uphold tailored-client or project-specific protocols, checklists and directives.
- Address enquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently for translators and internal teams.
- Oversee the completion of projects, within the stipulated time without compromising on quality.
- Provide Daily Project updates to the Project Manager.
