• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales volume, improve profitability, and expand product offerings in the assigned territory.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Maintain a good network of dealers, distributors, retailers, architectures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective channel development and management.
  
• Strong understanding of local markets' dynamics including competition analysis and customer behavior insights.
• Must have good connects with Architects.
