Role & responsibilities
1. Conduct surveys and site assessments to gather accurate data on land, terrain, and
existing structures.
2.To acquaint himself with details of all land holdings of the Trust and ensure proper demarcations whenever reguired.
3. Prepare detailed survey reports, including drawings, measurements, and other
relevant data.
4. Utilize advanced surveying tools and equipment to ensure precision and accuracy in
measurements.
5. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to understand
project requirements and surveying needs.
6. Review project plans and blueprints to identify potential challenges and provide
input for improvements.
7. Liaising with government officials, local bodies, and regulatory authorities to obtain
necessary permits, approvals, and clearances for projects.
8. Represent the organization in meetings with government officials and community
members to address any concerns or queries related to the project.
9. Coordinate with legal and documentation teams to maintain records and
documentation related to survey reports, permits, and approvals.
10. Implement best practices and innovative technologies in surveying and liaising
processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a surveyor, with expertise in using surveying instruments and
software.
3. Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and building codes related to land development
and construction.
4. Previous experience in liaising with government authorities and obtaining permits and
approvals for construction projects.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively
with stakeholders at all levels.
