Leading deployment, enhancement and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Customer Facing Capabilities (Pricing, Order Intake and Processing, Integrations, Invoicing)
Providing support to Service Delivery team for Customer Facing capabilities
Implementing necessary lifecycle projects for Customer Facing capabilities
Supporting various programs, assessments and decisions, working with Users, Stakeholders and other IT Teams
Willingness to be on-call (interest question)
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree or higher AND (5) years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM ERP Deployment and or support experience covering Customer Facing Capabilities
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
10 years of IT experience, of which 5 years is in a global company
Excellent communication skills
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
[Masters] degree in Information Technology or Business Administration from an accredited institution
Ability to work through ambiguity in a highly visible and high-pressure environment
Experience in diverse multi-national environments
