Job Description:

The person hired for the position of Tax IT Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of key Tax reporting in a new SAP S/4 ERP environment and related boundary applications. The successful candidate will possess a strong combination of analytical and technical skills and will design best practice IT solutions in close collaboration with business counterparts.

The Impact You ll Make in this Role
As a Tax IT Reporting Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Execute and deliver Tax Solutions to Healthcare Tax through the leadership of process design and configuration, that meet defined global business objectives and requirements.

Collaborate with business and IT colleagues in the design, development, testing and delivery of Tax solutions.

Support the design, creation, testing documentation of the configuration of Tax solutions to support global business requirements and performance goals.

Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the Tax solutions technical architecture in assigned areas.

Work with Healthcare areas and IT colleagues to define the overall application and technical requirements.

Provide knowledge and expertise on current processes and procedures.

Ensure the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operational requirements.

Lead and/or participate in design workshops representing a process or subprocess for a region or BU.

Identify and help resolve design issues, participate, and provides critique for design reviews.

Advocate recommended process design changes within their process community.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Experience producing business process and configuration functional design documentation.

Experience supporting integrations.

Experience in project management.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Educational or professional background in Finance or Accounting

Experience with international or global ERP deployments, especially SAP S/4Hana

Experience with Alteryx and SAP DRC module
