Strategy Development
- Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals and target market.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Relationship Management
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, including brands, influencers, and service providers.
- Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its partners, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Negotiation and Contract Management
- Negotiate Terms: Negotiate partnership terms, including financial arrangements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Contract Management: Oversee the drafting, review, and execution of partnership contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
Campaign and Program Execution
- Collaborative Projects: Work with partners to co-create and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and other collaborative projects.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the implementation of partnership-driven initiatives and track their performance.
Performance Monitoring
- Track KPIs: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership activities to assess their effectiveness and ROI.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on partnership performance and provide insights for improvement.
Market Research and Analysis
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new - partnership opportunities.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor partnerships and strategies to inform the company's own partnership approach.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and other departments to align partnership activities with overall company goals.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from internal teams and partners to refine and improve partnership strategies.
Event Management
- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events, such as product launches or partner appreciation events, to strengthen relationships and enhance brand visibility.
Budget Management
- Budget Oversight: Manage the budget allocated for partnership activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
Problem-Solving
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise in partnership relationships promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: 2-4 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
- Partnership Development: Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing successful partnerships.
- Campaign Management: Experience in managing and executing partnership campaigns or collaborative projects.
- Sales Experience: Background in sales can be advantageous, particularly if it involves building and maintaining client or partner relationships.
