Role Overview :
We are seeking experienced senior leaders for the Business Strategy and Operations team to help us scale our operations and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of building and managing high-impact strategies, scaling operations, and executing growth plans. You will collaborate closely with the founders and senior leadership team to shape the long-term vision and operational efficiency of Sukoon Unlimited.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to scale Sukoon Unlimited's offerings and community engagement.
- Work with the leadership team to define long-term goals, assess market opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships to enhance our service offerings.
- Ensure alignment of strategic goals with the overall mission and vision of the platform.
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across various departments, including member onboarding, customer service, consultations, and events.
- Develop and implement systems, processes, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency and member satisfaction.
- Optimize the use of technology to streamline processes and scale the platform effectively.
Growth & Revenue Generation:
- Identify revenue-generating opportunities, including partnerships, memberships, and new services.
- Develop monetization strategies that align with our community's needs while ensuring sustainability.
- Collaborate with marketing and community management teams to drive member growth and engagement.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing operations and strategy team.
- Mentor, train, and develop talent within the organization to meet business goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs for operational teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, regularly reporting progress to leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and propose solutions for continuous process improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-8 years of experience in business strategy, operations, or management roles, preferably within a social impact, healthcare, or wellness platform.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large teams, managing cross-functional projects, and driving organizational change.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think long-term and develop scalable, data-driven strategies.
- Operations Expertise: Deep understanding of operations management, process optimization, and customer experience.
- Financial Acumen: Ability to create budgets, manage resources, and drive cost-efficiency without compromising on service quality.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM tools, data management systems, and technology platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications :
- MBA or equivalent degree in business, management, or operations.
- Experience working with or building platforms for senior citizens or community-based services.
- Familiarity with legal, financial, or healthcare-related industries.
- Knowledge of digital transformation and scaling community-based platforms.
