Solution Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Solution Engineer is responsible for handling client requests related with softwares build for clients and IVP products under some supervision of senior solutions engineer and Team lead. These requests could be around but not limited to product inquiries, configuration changes and code changes.

Experience required (relevant/non-relevant)

1 to 4 years

Skills required

Should have basic knowledge of DB and SQL queries.

Good analytical and problem solving approach.

Mandatory qualifications

B.E / B.Tech / MCA/M.Sc.(Computer)

Stakeholders this role primarily needs to interact with (internal and external)

Internal - Associate Solutions Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Senior Solutions Engineer,

Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Onsite Coordinators, Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Team Lead, Product Architect, Support Lead, Director

External- Client IT Team, Client Business Team

Behavioral Competencies

1. Good Analytical skills and a quick learner.
2. Excellent Communication skills (oral and written both).
3. Ability to quickly understand and catch up on details with minimal information.
4. Should have basic understanding of domain under consideration, main players, current market scenarios etc.

Technical Competencies

1. Should have good knowledge of most common and widely used functionalities of technologies/languages
2. Should have basic knowledge of DB,SQL queries and one OOP language.
3. Should have basic understanding of Testing and Debugging process
