Job Title: Solution Architect Dynamics 365 CRM

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM to provide technical and business leadership during the pre-sales and post-sales cycle for large-scale CRM/ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead solution architecture, proof of concepts, and technical designs for global Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
2. Collaborate on pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, solution proposals, and customer discovery sessions.
3. Design technical strategies, perform feasibility studies, and deliver scalable architecture for enterprise applications.
4. Guide customers on IT strategy, capacity planning, and deployment best practices.
5. Mentor and lead architects, ensuring adherence to design principles and technical quality.
6. Develop reusable components, demos, and documentation to support business development and solutioning.
