Solution Architect

Our aim is to help buyers and suppliers grow and prosper by providing a secure and transparent platform, enriched with advanced tools, to reduce costs, save time, optimize efforts and increase sales and profitability, all the while simplifying purchase management and business management for buyers and suppliers, respectively.

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect with deep experience in Java and React to lead the design and development of robust, scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, high-performing, and secure technical solutions using Java for backend services and React for the frontend.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop solution architecture that aligns with company strategy and industry best practices.
• Lead code reviews, ensure high code quality, and enforce coding standards across the development team.
• Drive architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, and POCs (Proof of Concepts) for new technologies and solutions.
• Work closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
• Optimize existing applications and systems to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to software engineers and junior architects.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in Java, React, and cloud-native architecture.
