Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect solutions based on OSS/BSS, CRM, Salesforce, and ServiceNow platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Lead the technical architecture, ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.
• Provide expert guidance to development teams during implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure seamless integration of various systems and platforms.

Required Skills:

• 8-10 years of experience in solution architecture, particularly within Telecom.
• Strong expertise in OSS/BSS, CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and related platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of telecom industry processes and technologies.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, integrated solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
