Job Description

Job Title: ABM & Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2-5 Years

Department: Marketing

Reporting To: Head of Marketing

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven ABM & Lead Generation Specialist to develop and execute account-based marketing campaigns, generate high-quality leads, and nurture key accounts through targeted engagement strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Develop and execute ABM campaigns for strategic accounts to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify high-value accounts and create personalized marketing strategies.
  • Leverage intent data and analytics to prioritize target accounts and optimize outreach.
  • Design multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content marketing, webinars, and events) tailored to specific accounts.
  • Optimize landing pages, email sequences, and ad creatives for ABM initiatives.

Lead Generation & Demand Generation

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to increase the sales pipeline and MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads).
  • Manage B2B lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, content syndication, and paid media.
  • Use SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to drive traffic and capture leads.
  • Work with content marketing teams to create high-converting lead magnets (ebooks, whitepapers, case studies).
  • Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and marketing automation.

Data & Reporting

  • Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce).
  • Monitor engagement metrics and lead scoring to refine lead nurturing workflows.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and content teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for demand generation initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with ABM trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitive insights.

Key Skills & Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ABM, and lead generation.
✅ Strong knowledge of ABM tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
✅ Experience with marketing automation (Hubspot,Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua).
✅ Ability to analyze data-driven insights and optimize campaigns for better performance.
✅ Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer personas.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
