Java Developer Cum Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications based on business requirements.

Front-End Development: Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap to design and implement user-friendly, responsive web interfaces.

Back-End Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code. Implement backend logic, database interactions, and server-side functionalities.

Database Management: Develop and maintain MySQL databases, write optimized queries, and ensure smooth data flow between front-end and back-end.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, business analysts, QA) to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Code Quality: Follow best practices in coding, unit testing, and documentation to ensure the reliability and scalability of applications.

Application Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues in both existing and new applications.

Training and Development :

Providing sessions to the interns and make them aware about the technicalities of Java, Spring boot, MVC and also provide them exposure on our live projects.

Technical Skills:

Core Java: Solid understanding of core Java concepts, OOP principles, and multi-threading.

HTML/CSS: Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS to create responsive, accessible web pages.

JavaScript: Familiarity with JavaScript for client-side scripting and interactive features.

Bootstrap: Experience with Bootstrap framework for developing responsive web applications.

MySQL: Understanding of relational databases, writing SQL queries, and database design.

Web Technologies: Knowledge of web technologies, HTTP protocols, and RESTful APIs is a plus.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 0-1 year of professional experience in Java development or relevant internships.

Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring that the applications interface is clean, user-friendly, and responsive.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Learning Attitude: Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development.
