Regional Sales Manager - South

Job brief -

• We are looking for a dynamic and proven Regional Sales Manager who is ready to take the next step and lead our highly motivated sales team in order to achieve set sales goals, targets and revenue.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Negotiate and close agreements with big OEMs and Traders
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
• Meet personal and teams sales target.
• Maintain Existing Customers business.
• Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory Requirements
• Familiarity with different sales techniques
• Computer Competent
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Should know local language of their territory
• Self-motivated and driven
• Ready to Travel within assigned territory for more than 15 days in a month.
