Required Technical Skill Set :

Network Switches, Routers, Basics of Firewall, Basics of Checkpoint, VPN, Access Point, Network Hardware and Cabling, Wireless NW,

Good knowledge on proxy. Good knowledge on Video conferencing equipment (VC) etc

Desired Competencies:

Hands-on experience & troubleshooting knowledge on switching & routing. Basic Firewall troubleshooting support. Network Bandwidth monitoring, understanding on BW utilization reports, NW Alerts analysis; Basic troubleshooting on Checkpoint, VPN, Cabling and hardware support. Troubleshooting Wireless NW, Access points, etc.

Good understanding of IT (Information Technology) network & OT (operational technology) network. Good knowledge on proxy (Zscalar).

Good communication skills (Verbal, Written), team player, Flexible to work in shifts / Locations

Certifications:

ITIL, CCNA (preferred).
