Ensure fastest response to customer complaints through whole team including engineers, service franchisees/distributors.
Ensure team is motivated and help them to meet their targets
Ensure proper support to service franchisees/distributors through technical, commercial aspect. Ensuring proper ROI for service franchisees.
Conduct technical traininings for service providers as well as customers. Do service review with service providers as well as customers.
Achieve service revenue targets including annual maintenance contract (amc), consumables, equipments, etc. Also ensure repairs cost during warranty and amc is withing budget.
Regular feedback on machine/spares performance and quality. Also submission of service MIS in terms of response time, warranty cost and amc business.
Ensure strict adherence of all service systems and safety.
