Regional Sector Specialist

The Sector Specialist will be primarily focused on providing technical services to Process Food customers across the APAC region. S/he will be required to identify the key gaps and improvement opportunities with the current cleaning & hygiene programs and develop Diversey cleaning & hygiene programs with a systematic approach that will include appropriate product selections, cost-in-use calculations, and benefits delivered to the customer. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for defining standards/protocols for trials, customer audits for relevant applications, leading key trials, and gaining approvals. As the technical expert for the processed food sector in APAC, S/he is also expected to double work with the sales team on cleaning & hygiene programs, including application expertise and platform knowledge. S/he will be expected to spend. around 50% time in customer sites across the geography

S/he has strong verbal presentation skills, has energy. S/he will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating training while assessing the training needs of participants and identifying training objectives. S/he will evaluate the overall training results & also provide post-training support. S/he will track the progress of training within the project plan. S/he will also be responsible for laying out the training content in discussion with the training panel. S/he will be expected to spend. around 50% time in people development activity.
