Job Description
Service Manager - RAD
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- To be responsible for the Bayer Radiology (devices) and Service initiatives and Sales
- To be responsible and help achieve the Bayer Radiology (devices) and Service set objectives and goals
- To develop strategies, assist, organize service, Service Marketing and support Product Registration activities in Inida
- Develop an efficient Service support and provide Technical, Operational, Service and Product training to OEMs and customers in India
- Develop good communications with Bayer Radiology regional office and countries, OEMs and customers
- Support and help resolve problems, update and upgrade customers
- Act as Bayer Radiology office s main contact for any Technical Services requirements
- To help in product s evaluations, new product releases, product launches and product registration requirements
- To assist in distribution management
- To attend company held or organized training for the purpose of job updating, upgrading and certification
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor s degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering
- At least 6-7 years experience in medical device business
- At least 6-7 years experience in managing Service for third party distributors
- Excellent communication skills; customer focus; ability to deal with ambiguity and conflicts
- Strong focus on achievement of goals and ability to work across functions
