Acts as brand champion to create enthusiasm and focus internally and with external customers and agencies.
Proactive development of marketing and promotional mix to meet Disease Chapter/brand objectives and customer needs.
Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives.
Drive IMCM (Integrated Multi-Channel Marketing) for the Brands. Activation of Digital initiatives
Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brand.
Preparation of Annual P&I budgets and Monitoring
Delivery of sales targets
Full accountability for portfolio and delivery of all programs related to it.
Disease and market understanding to develop customer insights through appropriate techniques/tools.
Periodic Product Training of Sales team along with medical team.
Partner with stakeholders. Internal- sales, marketing, medical, legal, compliance, governance regulatory, finance, supply chain, Commex. External- Health Care Providers, Agencies, Vendors
WHO YOU ARE:
University degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science, Marketing or Business qualification. MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
More than 7 years marketing services experience and portfolio/brand management experience. Additionally having a Radiology/Marketing sales experience will be further advantage.
