About SolarSquare :

SolarSquare is India's leading residential solar brand. We are a full stack brand offering rooftop solar solutions to home-owners, housing societies and small commercial establishments. We have the opportunity to become the category defining brand of our industry and for that we are looking to hire our first branding leader.

Java, NodeJS, Python, MongoDB, Android, iOS, AI/ ML, Big Data.

What we look for :

1. Prior experience in managing and providing tech leadership to engineering teams

2. Proven ability in architecture and system designs in building scalable solutions

3. Driving tech vision for enterprise systems, platforms, and consumer products

4. Hands-on full-stack experience in dynamically and statically typed languages

5. Experience with system monitoring & alerting for availability & performance.

6. An eye for the right talent, and experience in recruiting and hiring a team

7. 8-10 years related engineering experience, 3+ years in a leadership role

What you will do :

1. Facilitate tight and compassionate collaboration across the leadership teams

2. Lead and manage an effective engineering function to support productive development

3. Engage in 1 on 1's to understand their goals, concerns, struggles, and accomplishments

4. Join groups of developers working on features to provide guidance and feedback

5. Work with other engineering leads to define infra needs and make architectural decisions

6. Build a dream tech team: Recruiting, hiring, mentoring, performance management

7. Work closely with the company leaders to strategically build the platform
