SolarSquare - Content Manager (7-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Content Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with customer journeys, business objectives, and marketing goals.

- Conduct market research to identify content gaps and opportunities.

- Create editorial calendars to ensure a consistent content pipeline.

Content Creation & Quality Control:

- Write and edit persuasive, engaging copy for websites, marketing materials, social media, and more.

- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, voice, and tone.

- Review and approve content assets for quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Program Management:

- Oversee end-to-end project management of content initiatives, from planning to delivery.

- Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketers to meet project deadlines and milestones.

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, gathering requirements and feedback to refine deliverables.

Performance Analysis:

- Track content performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.

- Continuously optimize content based on insights and feedback.

Requirements:

- 7-8 years of experience in content management, copywriting, and project management.

- A proven track record of successfully managing content projects and producing high-quality deliverables.

- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.

- Strong leadership and cross-functional team collaboration skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with content performance analytics and tools.
