HR and Accountant

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in the dual role of HR and Account Executive. This position requires a proactive professional who can effectively manage human resources responsibilities while nurturing client accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the staffing/manpower industry, and the ability to foster positive relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources/Tally ERP Executive

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
• Oversee recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
• Address employee relations issues and provide guidance and support as needed.

Accounting and Bookkeeping

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions using Tally software.
• Maintain and update financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and balance sheets.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support audit processes and financial reviews.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (BCom or MCom preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 software is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• 1-2+ years of experience in human resources or staffing solutions preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws (PF, ESI, TDS), and recruitment processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
