• Leadership and Management:
  1.Lead and manage the MEP team, including engineers, designers, and contractors.
  2.Develop and implement MEP strategies and standards across all projects.
  3.Ensure alignment of MEP goals with the broader strategic objectives set by the Head Office.
• Coordination with Head Office:
  1.Act as the primary liaison between the project sites and the Head Office for all MEP-related matters.
  2.Regularly update HO on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
  3.Coordinate with HO departments such as finance, procurement, and human resources to ensure smooth project operations.
• Project Oversight:
  1.Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems for all real estate projects.
  2.Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into overall project designs.
• Value Engineering:
  1.Lead value engineering efforts to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
  2.Evaluate and implement innovative solutions to enhance the functionality and sustainability.
  3.Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising on quality or safety.
• Budget and Cost Management:
  1.Develop and manage MEP budgets for all projects.
  2.Monitor project expenditures and ensure that MEP installations are completed within budget.
• Quality Control and Assurance:
  1.Implement and maintain quality control procedures for MEP works.
  2.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  Address and resolve any MEP-related issues that arise during construction.
