Summary:As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements using Microsoft Intune.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements using Microsoft Intune.

Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of software configuration and customization.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software configuration and customization issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:Two Years experience in an Operations role supporting the incident management process.Working knowledge with Intune for Windows end point and Mobile devicesWorking experience in the windows platform, imaging/configuration of devicesHardware and software troubleshooting skillsWorking knowledge with JAMF Cloud and VMware Products/Services, not an expert
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software configuration and customization solutions.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.
