The Role - We are looking for a Software Engineer II who has built games. You will work with a team of product managers, game designers, artists and quality assurance folks. As an individual contributor you will report to the Technical Director of the project.

Responsibilities
You will drive planning and executing new game features.
You will work with designers and product managers to provide world class experiences to our players.
You will mentor junior engineers and help them develop their skills.
You will improve code for performance, focusing on reducing load times and improving frame rates.
You will participate in code reviews and retrospectives and improve our code bases and processes.
You will participate in technical discussions that help us plan our big tech-driven features and roadmap.
You will write good documentation and follow coding standards.
Technical skills
- 6+ years of experience in the video games industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in C++.
- Demonstrated proficiency in 3D Math used in games.
- Experience working with player focussed cross functional teams.
- Experience working with game engines like Unity, Unreal.
- Knowledge of Android and iOS development.
Soft skills
- Be open to diverse perspectives, debate your ideas and get behind the teams vision.
- Be collaborative, authentic and committed to quality.
- Be biased towards action and see things to completion.
- Be observant and nudge our teams to iterate and improve.
This role is Hybrid and requires You to be in the office during the project s anchor days.
