Job Description
We are looking for a Software Engineer who has preferrably worked on backends for games. You will work with a team of product managers, game designers, artists and quality assurance folks. As an individual contributor you will report to the Technical Director of the project.

Responsibilities
You will drive planning and executing new game features.
.You will work with designers and product managers to provide world class experiences to our players.
.You will mentor junior engineers and help them develop their skills.
You will improve code for performance, focusing on reducing latency and improving costs.
You will participate in code reviews and retrospectives and improve our code bases and processes.
You will participate in technical discussions that help us plan our big tech-driven features and roadmap.
You will write good documentation and follow coding standards.
Qualifications
Technical skills
7+ years of experience building backends for games / products.
Demonstrated proficiency in developing REST API.
Demonstrated proficiency in common server side languages like Java, Golang. Demonstrated proficiency working with common backend systems like Databases, Queues, Caches.
Experience working with user focussed cross functional teams.
