- Hands on experience in Selenium with Java, UFT, API Test Automation (Rest Assured /POSTMAN).
- Test automation tools integration to JIRA Test management Plug Ins
- Test Automation tools integration to CI/CD pipelines.
- Parallel execution using Selenium Grid /Cloud based solutions (like Sause Labs, LambdaTest etc.)
- Experience in Test management tools ( e.g, JIRA, SynapseRT(aka TestRay))
- Experience on automating E2E flows with different technology applications ( Web, Desktop/Windows/Mainframes/DB and Web services )
- Working knowledge in Agile model

Umm, I can say I am working with the onshore team and I never faced any backlashes if I am doing something wrong, That's one advantage I can say.
