Job Description

How Youll Make An Impact

As a Software Engineer , you will contribute to the development of robust backend systems, implementing high-quality designs to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet customer and business needs. Your work will focus on ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability across backend services.

What You Will Do

Implement backend solutions using Python , based on provided architectures and designs.
Develop, test, and deploy scalable backend services, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards.
Build and maintain microservices that align with the team s established architecture and coding standards.
Collaborate with other team members and integrate backend systems with other components such as UI.
Investigate and resolve production issues, contributing to the overall stability of the platform.
Adhere to best practices for coding, testing, and deployment, including participating in code reviews.

The Experience You Bring

Proficiency in Python (preferred) : Solid experience developing backend systems using Python or Java. Familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI , Django , or Flask is a plus.
Database Skills : Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud .
Microservices : Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Infrastructure Tools : Familiarity with tools like Terraform , CloudFormation , or Ansible for managing infrastructure as code.
Linux/Unix Environments : Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments for development and deployment tasks.
CI/CD Practices : Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Harness , Jenkins , or similar systems.
Problem-Solving Skills : Good analytical skills, with an emphasis on debugging, performance optimization, and fault tolerance.

Education & Experience

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years of experience in backend software development.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience building scalable, high-throughput web applications.
Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks or integrating AI-driven features.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence .
Knowledge of state management or orchestration in microservices-based systems.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, thriving in dynamic and cross-functional team environments.
