Principal CU/L3 Software Development Engineer(5G/4G)

• Overall 10+Yrs of experience preferably from Product/Telecomuumucation Companies in CU L3
• Experienced technical Subject matter experts/ R&D Architects with 5G/4G RAN product development experience.
• Should have independently architected, design system, sub systems and successfully deployed in 4G/5G
• Knowledge on RAN, oRAN, dis-aggregated RAN architecture, CU software, CU OAM, virtualization technologies.
• Good knowledge on ORAN interfaces
• Should have worked on x86 and arm architecture
• Hands on Experience of one or more of RRC, NG-AP,X2AP,XnAP, F1AP, RRM, OAM,PDCP, F1AP, NGC, NG-U,SDAP protocols
• Hands on experience with YANG model, Netconf, ONAP protocols
• Must have worked on complete Data path design & implementation, buffer management, dpdk implementations/optimizations,
• Security algorithms, E2E procedures
• Should have worked on ARM architecture, threads, microservice architecture, should be able to optimize the threads, memory, cores, HW resources for performance enhancements
• Should have worked on Scale enhancement of the system
• Design and implementation experience on SA, NSA and NR-DC, CA features.
• C/C++, Software design, development
• Hands on experience on different test tools, simulators- should be able to script test cases using various scripts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, mentoring to other engineers in team.
• Must have worked with teams using agile software development methodologies/CI-CD/Scrum/SAFe.
• Software Design/development experience using C/C++.
• Excellent skills in problem solving, leading technical task forces, design workshops, communication, co-ordination, requirements management.
• Experience in authoring wireless product Architecture documents/Product Architecture roadmaps, IPR creation, new ideas/ patents will be preferred.

Candidates with B. Tech./ M. Tech. in C.SC/ ECE or allied streams.
