Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven candidate for Product Manager role to lead the development and optimization of our B2C and D2C product offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution across multiple customer touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision:
  Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives for B2C and D2C channels.
  Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation.
• Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
  Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  Manage the product lifecycle, including ideation, prioritization, development, testing, and post-launch optimization.
• Customer Experience & Engagement:
  Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging customer experiences.
  Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  Use data and analytics to track product performance, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
  Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor product impact and customer engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product execution and delivery.
  Communicate product goals, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and leadership.
• Go-to-Market Strategy:
  Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotion, to maximize product adoption and revenue.
  Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product messaging and campaigns.
• Qualifications & Skills
  
• Education:
  Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management tools.
  Experience with data analytics, user research, and testing.
• Soft Skills:
  Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
