Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with hands-on experience in 0-to-1 product development within B2C or D2C companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in launching new products, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product success. Salary is not a obligation but dont commit anything upfront. It all depends on the interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to provide actionable insights for product strategy.
• Product Roadmap Support: Assist in developing and maintaining the product roadmap. Help prioritize features based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives.
• Feature Definition and User Stories: Collaborate with the product team to define features and write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• User Testing and Feedback: Participate in user testing sessions, gather feedback, and help translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Performance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring product performance using analytics tools. Track key metrics and help prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and training materials. Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software development processes and web/mobile technologies.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Willingness to learn from others and share knowledge.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Previous internship or project experience in product management or related fields.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
